The Flow of Experience

"Let Go," "Mindfulness," or Living in the Present
Living in the present means experiencing deeply, allowing the soul to quickly learn the lessons it has chosen. Holding on to something—be it a person, a concept, or even knowledge—can trap you in that situation, sometimes for lifetimes.

In truth, we are all gradually letting go—piece by piece, energy by energy that no longer serves us. This is a process, not a state. Without experience, it’s impossible to discern right from wrong, what’s suitable or not. Issues often have two sides, just like yin and yang. Only through specific contexts can we understand their relativity.

Simply put, if you believe you cannot change your destiny, you are stuck within your own astrology or fate chart. But in the coming decade, energy will be the central theme. Most people are beginning to sense this. Humans will become more attuned to energy than ever before.

  • How deeply do negative thoughts affect us?

  • How draining is it to be around toxic people?

  • How much does an unstable living environment influence our mood?

Physical Wellness as a Foundation
Start by focusing on your liver and colon. Over time, as global economies grew, we indulged in pleasures, especially food-related ones. To enter a new cycle, detoxify your body. Cleanse your liver to release accumulated fats and small stones from years of consuming seafood and an imbalanced yin-yang diet.

The five internal organs symbolize the five elements and energies. Only when they are healthy can a person embody the five virtues: Benevolence, Righteousness, Propriety, Wisdom, and Faithfulness.

Often, we know something is wrong or unsuitable, but still feel powerless to change due to a lack of willpower. This inner turmoil frequently prevails.

Without a healthy body, how can you maintain a positive spirit? Without a positive spirit, how can you think clearly? Decisions are often made in states of confusion, excitement, sorrow, or ambition.

Engage in light exercise to circulate energy and blood flow. Whether it’s yoga, qigong, jogging, or anything else that brings joy—just try it. Physical activity moves energy, preventing stagnation.

From Body to Mind
Once the body is strong, turn to nurturing the mind. Feed your passions—whether through music, art, or something else. Only when body and mind are united can clarity arise. At this stage, meditation, in any form, can help you center yourself. A feeble body cannot support a clear mind, and meditation cannot awaken inner wisdom if body and mind are fraught with unresolved issues.

Progress comes from practice, not just philosophy or doctrine. Through personal experience, you will discover what is right or wrong for you. Teachings may seem complex, but "small enlightenment" often comes through everyday life lessons—when we realize truths about existence, perspectives, or the world after many missteps.

On Earth, everything is governed by Yin and Yang. We’ve experienced plenty of "Yin" in life. The "Yang" aspect—spirituality or religion—provides a foundation for human evolution. Therefore, life and spirituality cannot be separated. Enlightenment is living harmoniously with all things, not avoiding or eliminating Yin.

Transitions between Yin and Yang often bring unexpected changes. Remember, the goal is not to eradicate anything but to fully experience it. Having gone through worldly desires (Yin), one can channel that energy into higher purposes like helping others and contributing to society (Yang). These traits don’t disappear but manifest at a more refined level.

Even desire (lust) is not eliminated in spirituality. The soul (Yang) and the spirit (Yin) unite in meditation, creating a euphoric, peaceful state. Physical desire without emotional or heartfelt connection is merely instinctual, animalistic.

Whether experiencing Yin or Yang, heaviness or lightness, follow your natural flow. Once you’ve completed one experience, you’ll move to the next. For example, major life challenges reflect Yin experiences, while years of prosperity represent Yang.

Letting go doesn’t mean indifference or carelessness. Do your best in each moment, handling what you can, then release attachment to the past and expectations for the future.

In the digital era, we are inundated with immense data daily. If we cannot release mental clutter, our physical health suffers—manifesting as unexplained aches or illnesses. Your cells must evolve by shedding heavy energy to embrace lighter ones.

Social media’s chaos mirrors the interplay of Yin and Yang in everything—from religion and politics to education and culture. Don’t be surprised or outraged by negativity in noble fields. The battles on social platforms reflect this duality.

Celebrate Your Journey
Enjoy your journey. After completing the Yin lessons and purifying your energy, you’ll move on to Yang lessons—those of lightness, peace, and happiness.
