Three Powers

Why Can't Most of Us Build a Happy Family?

Inner strength is something that takes time, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace the journey to truly transform.

If you don’t accept the truth and aren’t ready to face your own lessons, it’s hard to gain new awareness and perspectives to shift into a state of joy and harmony.

Read through, and you’ll understand...

You’ve probably had your fortune told plenty of times and even taken psychology courses, but all you’ve gained so far is knowledge.

You know your husband, you understand him, but has it really improved your relationship?

A woman called me today, crying her heart out. She’s done everything she could, but her husband hasn’t changed, and their marriage is only getting worse. She even feels like she’s being emotionally manipulated by the hurtful words her husband says, such as:

  • “It’s because of you this family has ended up like this...”

  • “If I hadn’t married you, I wouldn’t be in this mess.”

  • “It’s because you spoil the kids too much...”

She doesn’t understand why her efforts to be more tolerant only seem to make things worse.

To build a happy family, both partners must be courageous. Courage to admit their own mistakes, courage to set aside their ego in the process of nurturing the relationship and family.

It sounds simple, but currently, 85% of people are operating at a level of consciousness below courage (below 200 on the energy scale).

The majority of people are stuck at a consciousness level of 175, which makes it very difficult to create a healthy and positive family environment. This level is marked by pride, a deeply ingrained ego that manifests in various controlling and domineering ways, such as:

  • Always believing they’re right, thinking they’re superior, lacking empathy for their spouse’s opinions, and belittling their wife’s intellect—leading to constant arguments.

  • Always imposing their views and trying to control everything to assert their importance as the “real man” in the family. Even requiring their wife to report every move or micromanaging every penny she spends.

  • Refusing to admit when they’re wrong because their pride won’t allow it. “What do you know? Women don’t know anything.”

  • Constantly criticizing every little thing their wife does, eroding her confidence and creating a tense, negative atmosphere at home.

  • Especially those who are financially well-off—they often look down on others’ abilities and opinions, never appreciating or valuing their wife’s contributions. Cooking, raising children? They see it as something trivial, a woman’s job by default, not worth arguing about!

  • Even when they’ve fallen out of love, some refuse to divorce out of pride. They don’t want “another man” to have her, don’t want their children to look down on them. “I leave her, not the other way around!”

You see, with this kind of energy dynamic, how can a family be positive or happy? If there’s at least one person in the household operating above 200 on the energy scale, there’s still hope. But if both are below, living together is no different from living in hell.

Without a shift in consciousness, without growth in inner strength, without accepting the truth and each other, even a thousand courses won’t make a difference. Hardship only serves to force change, provide new perspectives, and push us to grow and strengthen ourselves.

It’s not just about one aspect—you must understand all three aspects of your personal power to find a complete solution.

Among these, inner strength is the hardest to change because it requires enduring challenges, hardships, and sacrifices to learn the lessons needed for spiritual growth.
